Brief Description
Are you interested in joining a dynamic, cutting edge research and development team? The RF Microsystems department is focused on designing microwave circuits both on and off die. We design custom RF, analog and mixed signal components (semiconductor and piezoelectric) for Radar, communication, loT, and various sensors. We design resonators and oscillator circuits in the 10's of MHz all the way up to 100+ GHz transcievers. Our team is also responsible for optical to electrical detectors and modulator drivers in our internal semiconductor foundry. You will gain experience in design, fabrication, test, and integration.
